Terms of service

These terms apply when an agency and its team use Vexa Flow at flow.vexalabs.io, provided by Vexa Labs. By starting a trial or using Vexa Flow, the agency agrees to these terms.

Accounts

• The person who signs up is the agency owner and is responsible for the agency's account and for the people they and their managers add.
• Keep passwords and PINs private. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
• Owners and managers can suspend or remove team members at any time.

Free trial

Each new agency gets a 15-day free trial with no card needed. One trial is allowed per email address and phone number. When the trial ends, the account is locked until a plan is bought; the agency's data is kept.

Plans and payment

• Plans are charged per agency, as shown on the pricing section of our website, plus GST.
• Payments for Vexa Flow are made online only. Each payment gets a GST invoice.
• Each plan has limits on team members and clients. The agency can upgrade at any time.
• Fees already paid for a billing period are not refunded, except where the law requires.

The agency's data

The agency owns the information it puts into Vexa Flow and the files stored in its own Google Drive. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. The agency is responsible for having the right to share its clients' information and files with its team.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vexa Flow to break the law, to upload harmful or infringing material, to try to reach other agencies' data, to overload or attack the service, or to resell it without our written permission.

Google Drive

Connecting Google Drive is optional. Files uploaded through Vexa Flow are saved in the agency's Drive and are subject to Google's own terms and storage limits. If Drive is disconnected or full, uploads stop until it is fixed.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Vexa Flow available and secure, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell the agency in advance.

Suspension and closing an account

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is not paid. The agency can stop using Vexa Flow at any time and ask us to delete its account by writing to hello@vexalabs.io.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vexa Labs is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the agency paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
