What happens after the 15-day trial?
Your workspace locks and nothing is deleted. Choose a plan, pay online and the same account goes live with all your clients, tasks and team exactly as you left them.
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. You only pay when you decide to continue after 15 days.
How can we pay?
Payments are online only: UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through a secure payment gateway. We do not accept cash or cheque, and every payment gets a GST invoice by email.
Can I suspend an employee who leaves?
Yes. Suspending a manager, designer, photographer or any team member blocks their login immediately, while their past work stays in your records.
Is our data kept separate from other agencies?
Yes. Every agency works in its own isolated workspace. Your clients, files and reports are never visible to anyone outside your team.
Where are our files stored?
In your own Google Drive. Videos, graphics, voice notes and client documents go straight to a folder in your agency's Drive. Vexa Flow keeps only the task and chat details it needs to run, never your files.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Photographers and designers can check today's work, upload files and update status from their phone, and the app can be added to the home screen.
